i started rubbing coconut oil on my face October and I was surprised with the outcome of my face.
Before now my face was really rough with pimples and I decided to start rubbing coconut oil.You can either use the locally made or the foreign made.
The steps in which coconut oil can be made are as follows
(1)heat 4 cups of water ,place the water in a saucepan and put in a burner.
(2)grate the meat of 2 coconut. Use a fully developed brown coconut instead of a young green one.
(3)Blend the coconut and water ,put the grated coconut in a blender and blend.
(4) strain the coconut liquid
(5)boil the coconut liquid
When it starts to really boil you will notice oil around the body of the pot .
To get ride of pimples use the coconut oil for 3 months.your pimples will start to boost itself without leaving any blackspot.
